Jason T. Penny Newspaper employee, 21
Jason Travis Penny of Evans, who worked for the Greeley Tribune, died Tuesday at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. He was 21.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Adamson Memorial Chapel, 825 Fifth St., Greeley.
He was born Sept. 18, 1974, in San Bernardino, Calif., and attended schools in Brighton and Henderson. He studied at Denver Institute of Technology.
Penny was working toward his pilot's license. He built and flew radio-controlled and stringline-scale airplanes and was a member of the Miniature Aero Sportsters Club. He was an avid cyclist and enjoyed western music and dancing.
He is survived by his parents, Frances and Harold Penny , Commerce City; and a sister, Melissa Gentry, Colorado Springs.

JASON TRAVIS PENNY , 21, of Evans died April 9. Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, April 12, at Adamson Memorial Chapel, with private burial at a later date. Mr. Penny was born in San Bernardino, Calif., on Sept. 18, 1974. He helped his father in the family business from age 9 through 18. He studied auto mechanics at Denver Institute of Technology. He moved to the Evans / Greeley area in 1993 and worked for the Greeley Tribune. He was working toward his pilot's license at Aims Community College and was a member of the Miniature Aero Sportsters Club. He had enough credits to become a professional cyclist. Survivors include parents Frances and Harold of Commerce City; sister Melissa Gentry of Colorado Springs; fiancee Nadine Hendrickson of Gateway.
