Wilma Kanouse
1911-2001
Wilma Kanouse of Longmont died Jan. 19, 2001, at Applewood Living Center. She was 89.
She was born March 5, 1911, in Cluenda, Iowa, to Fred and Fern (Wallace) Price. She married Rex Kanouse on Jan. 28, 1930, in Denver. She was secretary to the president of the Routt County National Bank in Steamboat Springs during the 1940s and '50s, and was a loan officer for the First National Bank of Boulder from 1959 until her retirement in 1974. She belonged to the Presbyterian Church.
Wilma is survived by two sisters, Verna Overstake of Illinois and Arlene Kanouse of Okla. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
