Alice Marie Wiggett Teacher, 94
Alice Marie Wiggett of Brighton, a teacher, died July 19 in Ronan, Mont. She was 94.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today in Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton.
She was born June 22, 1904, in Brighton.
She attended Western State College and earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Denver. She received a life teacher's certificate from the former Colorado State College.
She taught in Brighton District 27J for 48 years.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Brighton, American Legion Auxiliary, Rebekah Lodge of the International Order of Odd Fellows, Delta Kappa Gamma, Brighton Community Hospital Association, AARP, Business and Professional Women's Club and the Adams County Historical Society. Her hobby was raising flowers.
There are no immediate survivors.
