Amelia King of Brighton, a teacher and dairy farmer, died Dec. 20 at her home. She was 92.
Services were Dec. 23 at Rice Mortuary. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 23, 1906, in Denver. She graduated from Brighton High School and attended the former Greeley Teachers' College.
On June 2, 1926, she married Robert Allen King in Ovid. He died in 1986.
She taught school in Holyoke for two years. She and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm.
Her interests included gardening, camping and fishing, and she was a 4-H leader.
She is survived by three daughters, Shirley Foos, Joy Cunning and Gayle Egan, all of Brighton; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren
