CHLOE J. KIPPER, 77, died of cancer Dec. 23 at her Riverside home. Born in Denver, Mrs. Kipper lived in Riverside 48 years. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Kipper volunteered as a teacher's aide at Palm Elementary School and Adams Elementary School, and for Meals on Wheels, all in Riverside.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Riverside.
Mrs. Kipper is survived by two sons, Daniel of Riverside and David of Encinitas; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Robert Briggs and Paul Briggs, both of Colorado; and a sister, Jeanne Bale of Ridgecrest.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Jan.8 at First United Methodist Church in Riverside. Interment will be in Olivewood Memorial in Riverside. Preston and Simons Mortuary in Riverside is handling arrangements.
