* DANIEL W. LAPOINTE , 49, of Portland, Ore., formerly of Brighton, died April 17. Services will be at 1 p.m., Sunday, May 14, in Henderson. Mr. LaPointe was born in Hudson on March 26, 1951. He married Mary Cowger. He was a shipping agent and was the owner of Top Notch Music. Survivors include his wife; son Nate of California; daughter Esther of Oregon; sisters Denielle Durland and Jeanette, both of Henderson, Suzanne of Greeley and Becky Gaschler of Brighton; brother Bob of Boulder.
