DPS secretary, 88 

Dora F. MacColl , 88, of Thornton, a Denver Public Schools secretary, died Feb. 24 at Elms Haven Care Center. Services will be at 9 a.m. today at Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave. Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. 

She was born Sept. 11, 1913, in Brighton. She graduated from Brighton High School and attended Colorado Women's College. On Dec. 20, 1976, she married Robert W. MacColl in Lakewood. He preceded her in death. She was a member of Highlands Methodist Church and a volunteer for the American Red Cross. 

She is survived by a daughter, Charla Waggover, Broomfield; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Highlands United Methodist Church, 3131 Osceola St., Denver, CO 80212; or Life Source Hospice, 245 S. Benton, Suite 205, Lakewood, CO 80226.
