HAZEL M. KELLOGG, 93, of Denver died Sept. 15. Services were Sept. 23. Mrs. Kellogg was born in Sharon, Pa., on Feb. 11, 1907. She married Elmer W. Kellogg. She was an employment teacher. She was a member of First Plymouth Congregational Church and the Denver Dumb Friends League. Survivors include niece Viola Thomas of California.
