* JAMES WARREN WAGNER, 49, of Byers, died Dec. 30. Services were at Rice Mortuary. Burial was in Bennett Cemetery. Mr.Wagner was born Aug. 15, 1944, in Hudson. He was a wheat farmer and a member of the Elks. He is survived by his wife, Nora; two sons, Corey and Kevin of Byers; three daughters, Debra of Aurora, Christine Van Cleave of Strasburg and Sherry French of Watkins; his mother, Sophie of Brighton; three sisters, Shirley Eads of Bennett, Elaine Warren of Greeley, and Terri Wagner-Briggs of Thornton; and five grandchildren.
