 LENDAL L. SEARS, 88, of Brighton died Dec. 5. Services were Dec. 9, with burial at Elmwood Cemetery. Mr. Sears was born in Kingston, Mo., on Aug. 9, 1911. He married Edith Hale, 1959. He was a clerk at the Brighton post office from 1957 to 1982. He also owned Schick & Sears Oil Co. He was a member of the Brighton Senior Center, Brighton Optimist Club and Jaycees. Survivors include his wife; sons Lendal of Arizona, Wallace of Lakewood, Bill Marrow of Brighton and Gaylord Marrow of Nevada; daughters Dorothy Seabaugh and Charlene Fisher, both of Arizona; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
