Martha M. Ehlen 

Homemaker, 85 

Martha Marie Ehlen of Brighton, a homemaker, died Feb. 14. She was 85. 

A funeral service was Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. 

She was born Martha Marie Bredehoft on Nov. 11, 1908, in Bellingham, Wash. On Jan. 1, 1929, she married Louie Ehlen in Brighton. 

Mrs. Ehlen graduated from Brighton High School. 

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading and gardening. 

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Belva McClary, Fort Collins; a son, Leonard Aurich, Independence, Mo.; nine 

grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
