McCOMBS , CARROL NEAL Carrol Neal McCombs , 43, of El Jebel. Beloved son of Carrol L. McCombs and Mary Joyce McCombs Zamora, step-father Isaac Zamora. Also survived by grandmother LaRue Johnson; uncles, aunts, cousins and friends who loved him. Neal graduated from Brighton High School in 1978, where he excelled in wrestling, football and other sports. He attended Ft. Lewis College in Durango, CO. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, camping and collecting. He loved to cook. He was a ceramic tile setter for 22 years before becoming disabled. He loved people, animals and the mountains. Visitation Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m.; Funeral service Monday 2 p.m.; both at Highland Mortuary, Thornton.
