Ruben Lloyd Sisneros
Ruben Lloyd Sisneros of Louisville, a calibration specialist, died Aug. 31 at home. He was 74.
A memorial mass was said Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville.
He was born Sept. 15, 1921, in Wagon Mound, N.M. On Oct. 6, 1946, he married Lucille Carillo in Brighton.
Sisneros attended Brighton High School . He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and in the central Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Guadalcanal and North Solomons campaigns.
He was employed at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal as a calibration specialist before retiring.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Arlene Sisneros, Broomfield, and Valarie Sisneros and Melanie Barlow, both of Seattle; two sons, Ronald, Arvada, and Gary, Maui, Hawaii; a sister, Georgia Aerts, Wattenberg; two brothers, George, San Antonio, Texas, and Manule, Las Vegas, N.M.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
