​RUSSELL ESBEN RIGGS, 60, of Denver died June 24. Services were June 29, with burial at Fort Logan Cemetery. Mr. Riggs was born in Bradford, Pa., on May 25, 1938. He married Elizabeth Dopkins. He served in the Navy. He owned and operated Rusty's Cafe in Derby. Survivors include his wife; daughters Dawn of Brighton, Pamela Doyle of Colorado City; sons Robert of Broomfield, Rusty of Denver; parents Russell and Sadie of Oklahoma; sisters Carol Wigginton and Sally Roseberry, both of Oklahoma; brother Dan of Oklahoma; three grandchildren.
