Sharon Louise Kohlmeier Laboratory director, 54
Sharon Louise Kohlmeier of Brighton, a laboratory director, died Sept. 2. She was 54.
Services were Sept. 5 at Brighton Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 13, 1944, in Brighton. She attended Zion Lutheran School and Brighton High School . In 1966, she earned a bachelor's degree in medical technology from the University of Northern Colorado.
She worked in the laboratory at Platte Valley Medical Center for 31 years, serving as its director for 13 years.
She was an active member of Brighton Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa and Karin; her mother, Emma Lou Hiller; a sister, Loree Winn; and a brother, Stanley Hiller.
