Suzanne LaPointe passed away Oct. 2, 2010, after a long battle with ovarian cancer. 

Suzanne grew up in Brighton and graduated from Brighton High School. She married Matt Kallsen and had two beautiful daughters, Jodi and Tina. Matt was an amazing husband and is a wonderful father. They later divorced. After working in different hospitals as a registered nurse throughout Colorado, Suzanne went to work at NCMC in Greeley in August 1998 and has worked there ever since. 

Suzanne is survived by two daughters, Jodi (Doug) Corliss, of Kersey, and Tina (Steven) Dill, of Nunn. She has three beautiful grandchildren, Jaci and Dane Corliss and Stephanie Dill; sisters, Dee Durland (Eddie), of Henderson, Jeanette LaPointe , of Portland, Ore.; Becky Gaschler (Bob), of Brighton; a brother, Robert LaPointe (Nancy Jo), of Boulder, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Louise LaPointe ; and a brother, Daniel LaPointe .
