Timothy A. Sandoval, 54, of Brighton, died Jan. 7, 2009, in Colorado Springs. 

He was born Nov. 27, 1954, in Brighton, to Joe E. Sandoval and Ella T. Smethers. Tim attended Brighton schools and graduated from Brighton High School . He formerly worked at the Wal-Mart in Brighton and was a member of The Healing Place Church in Brighton. 

Survivors include his mother, of Colorado Springs; son Joseph Sandoval; twin daughters Shealynn and Ashleigh Sandoval; siblings, Joe E. (Pauline) Sandoval, of Longmont, Joe Ann (John) Elliott, of Colorado Springs; Priscilla A. (Sammie) Vasquez, of Denver, Moses E. (Willie) Sandoval, of Brighton, and Sharon L. Sandoval, of Brighton; and eight nieces and nine nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father. 

Private services were Jan. 10 in Colorado Springs. Cremation was handled by Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services in Colorado Springs.
