Wayne Thomas Derr born on September 5, 1946. Parents are Elmer and Rosa Derr. Wayne Died February 8, 2017 in Goodyear, Arizona, from of prolonged lung disease. He was cremated and services held at Christ's Church of the Valley.
A graduate of Brighton High School in 1965. He attended the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado where he received a Business Administration and Marketing degree. Wayne resided in Goodyear with his wife Bobbi.. Between them, they had 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
They enjoy travel, golf, camping and were long time members of the Christ's Church of the Valley. He transferred to Phoenix with IBM in 1973. He has held a real estate license since 1983 then commercial leasing in 1985 and finally residential real estate in 1996. He, also, held an Associate Broker's License.
All his grandkids called Wayne "PACA". His oldest grandson, Zach Derr, gave Paca a very loving memorial... "He was a man who loved fiercely. He loved Jesus, he loved his wife, he loved his kids, and loved his grandkids. If I live to be anything like Wayne Derr, I will live a blessed life overflowing with love. There are endless words I could say about him, but if you've spent any amount of time with him at all, you know he is a man who will be missed dearly. I love him, and I am so grateful for all the time I've gotten to spend with him. Love you PACA.
